Lumerical Solutions has a privacy policy to demonstrate our concerns regarding your privacy while on the
Lumerical website, including which information we collect, how we use it, and how you can restrict how

However, request of trial versions of our software products requires that you submit some personal
information to be used for marketing purposes. To request a trial version of one of our software
solutions, you will need to provide your contact information, including your name, mailing address,
phone and fax number, e-mail address, and other personal information into an online form. These forms
also contain a check box, in which you can stipulate whether you wish to be contacted in the future.
Alternatively, visitors interested in obtaining information regarding future product releases and
upgrades can request to be kept up-to-date with recent developments at Lumerical by
registering online and requesting that information be sent to you. When individuals
receive this information via the periodic communications that Lumerical sends out, Lumerical may monitor what content
is of interest to the readers for marketing purposes, to
guide future product development plans, and to improve the content that is available at lumerical.com.
